Companies House, every working day

Yesterday's new companies. In your inbox by 7am.

Around 2,000 businesses register in the UK every working day. We keep the ones in your sectors and postcode areas, add the directors and registered address, and send you a clean digest each morning, so you are the first firm they hear from.

  • Directors, registered address, sector and company number on every row
  • Filtered to your sectors and postcode areas, nothing to sift through
  • Optional: we post your intro letter to each new company for you

What arrives every morning

One email. Every company that matters to you, and nothing else.

Each row is a business that did not exist two days ago. It has no accountant, no insurer, no website and no card terminal yet. You get the details before anyone else has picked up the phone.

Fresh every working day

Registrations from the previous working day, pulled from the official register overnight and sent before your first coffee.

Filtered, not dumped

Choose sectors and postcode areas once. Change them any time from your dashboard. The rest never reaches you.

Ready for your CRM

Company number, incorporation date, sector, directors, registered address and a register link. Table in the email, CSV attached.

Or let us do the writing

On Outreach, your intro letter is printed and posted to each new company within a day of registration. Agent addresses are skipped.

A company registers

It appears on the Companies House register with its SIC codes, officers and address.

We filter and enrich

Rows are matched to your sectors and postcode areas, then tidied into one digest.

You act first

Email lands. On Outreach, your letter is already in the post to each one.

Who it is for

Built for firms that win by being first.

A new company makes most of its supplier decisions in its first few weeks. These are the people who turn a morning digest into signed clients.

Accountants & bookkeepers

Every new limited company needs year-end accounts, a confirmation statement and probably payroll. Be their first call.

Filter: every sector, your local postcodes

Insurance brokers

Public liability, employers' liability, professional indemnity. Trades and clinics need cover before their first job.

Filter: construction, health, transport

Merchant services

Card terminals and payment gateways for shops, cafes and salons that open with a company number, not a till.

Filter: retail, hospitality, health & beauty

Web & branding agencies

A fresh trading name with no website, no logo and no domain yet. Pitch while the name is still new to them too.

Filter: consulting, retail, restaurants

IT & telecoms suppliers

Broadband, phone systems, laptops and cloud email for a business setting up its first office or van.

Filter: every sector, your service area

Anyone who sells to new businesses

Business banks, office suppliers, signage, vehicle leasing, HR consultants. If new companies are your market, this is your list.

Filter: whatever you sell into

Pricing

Two plans. Both start with a free week.

No contracts, no per-record fees, no quote forms. Pick a plan, set your filters, and your first digest arrives tomorrow.

Questions

The short answers.

Where does the data come from?

The Companies House public register, the official record of every UK limited company. We read the previous working day's incorporations each night, group SIC codes into plain-English sectors, and attach the officers and registered address exactly as filed. Every row links back to the register so you can check it yourself.

Is contacting these companies allowed under GDPR?

The register is public data published under the Open Government Licence, and the addresses are business addresses. Writing to a company at its registered office is normal business-to-business marketing. You remain the data controller for how you use the list: keep it to relevant offers, honour opt-outs, and follow UK GDPR and PECR, particularly for electronic marketing to sole traders or named individuals.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There is no contract and no notice period. Cancel from your dashboard during the free trial and you will not be charged at all; cancel later and your digest simply stops at the end of the period you have paid for. You can also change your sectors and areas whenever you like.

What does "agent addresses skipped" mean?

Many new companies are set up through a formation agent or accountant and use that agent's office as the registered address. Post sent there rarely reaches the director. On the Outreach plan we recognise these shared agent addresses and do not send a letter to them, so your allowance is only spent on companies where the founder is likely to open the envelope. Those rows still appear in your digest.
